Wandering not rambling.


Continuing the diesel theme, well sort off, we don't have one of these.
















A hint as to why the blog has lost its focus this week. I didn't make it into C&W.











It was waiting to head the overnight sleeper to Euston













However, I was waiting for the arrival of this at Fort William.

They don't have the lineside clearance team we do.

The trees get cut back by the train but it does scratch the paintwork.


Today we were on the train ourselves in glorious sunshine wonderful!

are the scratches more to do with the washing facilities than the foliage?

Having been ducking in and out of the window to avoid being hit I would say definately foliage damage.
