As you will have noted recently Paul used the wonderful services of the local Air Ambulance. At about the same time I was notified about a government petition which also related to the Air Ambulance Service.

Puting the two together, I want to draw your attention to it and encourage you to sign up. So may I please draw your attention to the petition to encourage the Government to exempt Air Ambulance services from duty on the fuel they use in the same way that the Lifeboats (RNLI) are exempt.
If we gain 100,000 signatures Parliament is duty bound to debate the issue. At present they have over 40,000 signatures.
To access the petition go to:

I have sign it. It is very easy.

Hoping we never need it but also hoping that it is still there if, like Paul, we do!

I have just signed the petition - it's now received around 114,00 signatures - so will have to be debated.
